We are all energy. Everything around us is made of energy; our entire world is made of energy. The Universe is pure energy, and we all have unlimited potential and the ability to align with pure Source energy.
We are like beacons of light or energy that attract more of what we emit. Our vibration (or the energy we emit) sets the tone for everything in our lives…including our health, relationships, luck, wealth, and our overall experiences.
Sounds simple enough, right? Just hold an image of what you want to align with, and your energy will bring it to you. Except if you have ever felt stuck or like everything around you is falling apart, you know just how difficult it can be. Often it requires more to hold that vibration than just thinking positive thoughts. I know that can sound a bit confusing but let's explore why our energy becomes stuck or blocked.
Why Do We Have Stuck/Blocked Energy?
When we experience trauma, or anytime we have our feelings hurt, any time we don't feel heard, or valued it creates an energy block. Anytime we experience loss or pain, it leaves an emotional wound. These wounds can end up blocking our flow of energy and creating problems for us such as self-sabotaging behaviors, addictions, anxiety, depression, and other issues. Trauma and energy issues pile up until they are healed, one layering atop another. So a lifetime of pain, trauma, fear, and anxiety can easily block you from manifesting or creating the life you deserve. No matter how many self-help books you read or classes you take, as long as you carry these wounds your energy will not be able to carry a higher vibration for any length of time.
