Look out for your physical, emotional, and spiritual health with the following methods:
  • Focus on the Reiki principles.
  • Maintain healthy boundaries with your healing partners
  • Always ground and clear energy before and after every session.
  • Practice self-Reiki and Gassho or meditation for at least five minutes every day.
  • Set your intention for the session.
  • Approach each session without  expectations.
  • Always express gratitude for the Reiki energy.
  • Keep learning.
